The Bilu Huang Aging Institute is dedicated to pioneering theoretical research on aging mechanisms and the pathology of age-related degenerative diseases. Unlike traditional laboratories, our institute focuses on conceptual breakthroughs and theoretical models that advance our fundamental understanding of the aging process.

Our research encompasses the development of innovative theoretical frameworks, including the Telomere DNA and ribosomal DNA co-regulation model for cell senescence (TRCS model), which provides new insights into cellular aging processes without relying on experimental laboratory equipment.
